Giving a speech at an industry event. Presenting your project in an important meeting. Making a sales pitch to a customer or prospect. (And interview for a new job.) These are all examples of speaking in public. And one thing is certain: your ability to convey your message in a powerful way is crucial for your success. To persuade your audience. To build your career. To make the sale. To get the job.
Many people fear speaking in public. And it can be nerve wracking. But you can make fear your friend. You can channel this energy into excitement. And enjoyment. That's what you will learn in this active, practical and especially... fun... training.
For anyone who wants to speak more powerfully in public, with more impact and more fun. You will work in a group of a maximum of 10 participants. A realistic setting to present, with room for personal attention and confidence building. This 4-hour workout rests on two pillars. The first part focuses on your skills. The second part focuses on changing your mindset.
Lack of confidence lies at the root of stage fright. People are not born as good public speakers. Public speaking is a skill that you can learn. You can learn the tools. How to organize your presentaiton. How to persuade through facts, emotion and storytelling. How to master the mechanics of good public speaking, such as voice, posture and body language.
In this module you will learn:
An adrenaline rush. A pounding heart. Shortness of breath. Sweaty hands. These are primal instincts. Fight, freeze or flight. This is how many people experience public speaking - in a negative sense. But you can convert that same tension into positive effects.
In this module you will learn:
Self-defence and martial arts techniques combined with pitching and presentation skills are a great way to work on team building. For example for off-site meetings. Noblahblah has a tailor-made version of this training to activate your people and get the best out of your team.
