Michiel Kwakkernaat - executive coach & high performing teams trainer
From communication to top performance
Are you brave enough to follow the uncharted path?
Alone you go faster, together you go further. Teamwork is an absolute prerequisite for success. Michiel Kwakkernaat is fully convinced of that. Because together you achieve and experience more. Michiel loves to travel together, follow uncharted paths, discover life. All this makes him almost superhuman in developing teams to the top.
In life and in business the basics for high performing teams are the same. Start with a goal. Have a solid preparation. Carry your luggage. Enjoy the adventure. And celebrate reaching new destinations together.
Your journey is as important as reaching your destination
Michiel’s keen ability to listen, sense of observation and sharp intuition make him a trusted guide for you and your team.
He connects flexibly, thinks in terms of possibilities – but above all he is warm, energetic and empathetic. And so his careful approach towards a joint result works all the better.
Travelling delivers triple rewards: expectations, adventure and memories
Working together to achieve your dream. “If you want to travel far, you travel together.”
Michiel has worked in an international business environment for more than 30 years, with a focus on team behavior as a prerequisite to succeed in any kind of project. He further expanded his experience by coaching sports teams and students, at the Rotary Club and with TEDxVenlo. All with the aim to learn and grow together.
There's a hero in each of us
In the 1960s, my father started his own business with hardly a penny to spend. His greatest assets were dedication, hard work, dreaming of a better future and never giving up. He was an entrepreneur who took the risk to fail. However, he succeeded against all odds and built a successful company. He told me to follow my dreams and never give up. I believe there is a hero in each one of us. The challenge is to find your unique personal talents and use them best.
Stay curious. Curiosity keeps you moving and opens new doors.
Self knowledge is the start of all wisdom.
Michiel's question to all
When was the last time you did something for the first time?
